In 1992, Noble began representing Banks and Mortgage companies in the management and disposition of foreclosure properties.
In the early 2000’s The Noble Group transitioned to investing directly into distressed real estate. Over the years, we have purchased, flipped, and sold over 4000 properties. In 2010 Noble began investing into Mortgage-backed securities.

Today that investment continues to grow and expand across the United States. In 2021, the Noble Group established a new lending division to lend capital to private investors for financing for real estate-related projects called Private Lending. The Noble Group is the investment manager and advisor for Noble Advisors, LLC, which currently works with approximately $180 million in total capital.
